About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home speech therapy services within a Medicare-certified home health setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

• Current Hawaii SLP license
• Minimum of 1+ year of clinical experience
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently
