Position Overview Performs objective assessments and develops comprehensive, individualized treatment programs for patients, adhering to departmental policies and referral protocols. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Master's Degree in Speech/Language PathologyLicensure: Current or provisional Speech Language Pathologist license in the applicable stateCertifications: Certification from the American Speech and Hearing Association within one year of hire, BLS certification, and current certifications required before independent patient careSkills & Abilities: Ability to respond effectively to emergency situationsPreferred Experience: At least one year of relevant experience; experience caring for patients of all ages is preferred Key Responsibilities Deliver patient assessments and tailored treatment plans, ensuring compliance with policies, and contribute to patient care across diverse age groups.
