About The Position

As a Clinical Fellow, you'll evaluate and treat primarily pediatric patients with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities in our ABA center. You'll work closely with families, behavior teams, and fellow therapists to develop individualized treatment plans that support functional communication and participation across environments.

Clinical Fellowship Support

Your Clinical Fellowship is one of the most important years of your career, and we're committed to making it an outstanding experience. You'll Receive:

Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, Behavior Technicians, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, physicians, and families
  • Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation
  • Track Clinical Fellowship hours and maintain ASHA compliance
  • Provide occasional home health visits as needed based on caseload and patient needs

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Colorado Provisional Speech-Language Pathology License (or eligible by start date)
  • Eligible to complete a Clinical Fellowship under ASHA guidelines
  • Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay

Up to $65 per visit (DOE)
