Specifications and National Accounts Specialist, Field, Pennsylvania base preferred

What You’ll Do

• Architectural & Specification Leadership (Approx. 60–65%) - Lead architectural specification activity across the Northeast region (Columbus to New England) - Build relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers to secure ARDEX system specifications - Partner with regional sales teams to grow project pipeline and influence design-stage decisions
• National Account Development (Approx. 35–40%) - Develop and expand specifications with national retail, hospitality, healthcare, and education accounts - Engage stakeholders such as Directors of Construction, VP Store Planning & Design, and Specification Writers - Manage key national relationships as the primary ARDEX liaison
• Strategic Growth & Innovation - Support growth within Offsite / Prefab / Modular construction initiatives in the Eastern U.S. - Identify new business opportunities and emerging construction trends - Collaborate cross-functionally to align on product, technical, and market strategy
