Account Specialist - Pennsylvania
About the role
The Account Specialist plays a crucial role in promoting and selling Jubilant HollisterStier's products to various healthcare professionals and organizations within a designated territory. This position requires a combination of technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Complete Phase I, II, and III Sales training.
- Develop and maintain sound professional and lay relationships with all customers.
- Find new business opportunities and establish new accounts.
- Maintain and grow relationships with all staff members of customer organizations concerning Jubilant HollisterStier product information.
- Enter daily reports on all required work activities.
- Represent company at allergy society/association meetings and medical conventions.
- Adhere to Travel and Entertainment Expense Guidelines and budgets.
- Implement all marketing campaigns as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager or Jubilant HollisterStier leadership committee.
- Deliver presentations at Regional/National sales meetings, when assigned.
- Develop a strategic business plan to convert competitive accounts.
- Submit sales status reports to Regional Sales Manager and Sales/Marketing Department.
- Ensure reporting compliance in accordance with applicable state and federal Sunshine Act regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences required.
- At least 5 years of directly related sales/marketing experience, or a combination of education and experience equivalent to this requirement.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Technical and scientific knowledge/aptitude necessary to appropriately relate to customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Pharmaceutical experience preferred.
- FDA regulated industry experience preferred.
- B2B experience preferred.
- Ability to identify and solve problems, influence outcomes, and communicate effectively with physicians and para-medical staffs.

Pay
Hiring wage: $80,169.00 – $114,000.00 annually;
On track earnings of $60K of annual bonus opportunity, with opportunities for growth, promotion, and annual raises.
Schedule
Full-time remote position.
