Pay: $25 per hour - $27 per hour

Responsibilities
- Conduct financial audits and performance evaluation of vending machine operations, including revenue, cash flow, profitability, and cost analysis.
- Act as a liaison between the finance department and internal stakeholders, including executives and department heads, to gather financial data and provide baseline insights for decision-making.
- Assist with month-end closing and reconciliation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and IT to align financial goals with business objectives and strategies.
- Input financial information into databases, spreadsheets, and accounting software with precision and attention to detail.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline data entry workflows and enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in accounting/business or related field is preferred.
- 2+ years in an accounting office or similar role
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office platform
- Experience using various ERP systems (Microsoft Great Plains experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability and interest in problem-solving, self-starter
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
