About the Role
We are seeking a Supervisor of Patient Services to support and develop a high-performing team while driving workflow efficiency, collaboration, and service excellence across our patient services operations. In this role, you will partner closely with the Manager of Patient Services to oversee daily operations, evaluate productivity and workflows, mentor team members, and help ensure exceptional support for both patients and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 10 FTEs
- Review staff messaging and Epic pools to ensure timely completion of work
- Support FFT communications and resolve delivery slip concerns
- Troubleshoot workflow questions and provide real-time guidance to Pharmacy Liaisons
- Monitor PA Log activity and identify operational gaps
- Evaluate TelemetryRx completion and coordinate coverage as needed
- Observe workflows and provide coaching and performance feedback
- Assist with weekly staff meetings and rollout kickoff calls
- Promote collaboration between refill technicians, pharmacy liaisons, pharmacy operations staff, and PSC staff
- Recommend and implement workflow improvements in partnership with the Manager of Patient Services
- Identify opportunities to enhance patient interactions and operational efficiency
- Support onboarding and new-hire access requirements
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of pharmacy technician experience
- 1+ years of Pharmacy Liaison experience preferred
- State registration and national CPhT certification required (or obtained within an agreed timeframe)
- Proficient in Pharmacy Operating Systems, EMRs, and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- High integrity and professionalism

Location
Remote with onsite travel as needed (West Coast Region).
