About the Role
The Specialty Pharmaceutical Representative will be responsible for selling Intrarosa, Femring, and Femlyv to OB/GYNs throughout an assigned geographic territory in the Phoenix area. This role involves engaging healthcare professionals, office staff, and decision-makers in face-to-face discussions to promote assigned products, maximize selling potential, and meet or exceed sales goals. The representative will develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers by educating them on product features, benefits, safety profiles, and approved indications.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Intrarosa, Femring, and Femlyv to OB/GYNs within an assigned territory.
- Engage healthcare professionals, office staff, and decision-makers through face-to-face discussions.
- Educate providers on product features, benefits, safety profiles, and approved indications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate patient use.
- Analyze and act upon sales data within the assigned geography to address territory opportunities.
- Work independently, exercising good business judgment and discretion.
- Travel approximately 30% of the time within a 2-hour radius of the headquarters city, including some overnight travel.
Requirements
- BA/BS (or higher) from an accredited college or university; focus in business, life science, or clinical degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous pharmaceutical, medical device, or medical sales experience, OR outside/field B2B sales experience, OR previous experience as a Labor & Delivery Nurse or other clinical professional with current relationships with OB/GYNs in the assigned territory.
- Consistent track record of quantifiable and documented sales accomplishments is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, analyze, and act upon sales data within an assigned geography.
- Strong and persuasive business communication skills with physicians and providers.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound business judgment.
- Familiarity with Sales Force Automation (SFA) applications is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Pay
This role offers a base salary range (low to high end) for U.S. locations, with compensation determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location to account for comparative cost of living. This role is eligible for hire in select U.S. locations.
