About the Role
The Specialty Pharmaceutical Representative will be responsible for selling Intrarosa, Femring, and Femlyv to OB/GYNs within an assigned geographic territory. This role involves engaging healthcare professionals, office staff, and decision-makers through face-to-face discussions to promote assigned products, maximize selling potential, and meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.
Representatives are expected to possess in-depth knowledge of their products, customers, and territory, and to develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers by educating them on product features, benefits, safety profile, and approved indications.
Responsibilities
- Promote assigned pharmaceutical products (Intrarosa, Femring, Femlyv) to OB/GYNs and other healthcare professionals.
- Engage healthcare professionals, office staff, and decision-makers in face-to-face discussions to drive product adoption.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers through education on product features, benefits, and safety.
- Analyze and act upon sales data within the assigned territory to identify and address opportunities.
- Work independently, exercising good business judgment and discretion in territory management.
- Utilize Sales Force Automation (SFA) applications to track and manage sales activities.
- Travel approximately 30% of the time within a 2-hour radius of the headquarters city, including occasional overnight travel.
Requirements
- BA/BS (or higher) from an accredited college or university; focus in business, life science, or clinical degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous pharmaceutical, medical device, or medical sales experience, OR outside/field B2B sales experience, OR previous experience as a Labor & Delivery Nurse or other clinical professional with current relationships with OB/GYNs in the assigned territory.
- Consistent track record of quantifiable and documented sales accomplishments is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, analyze, and act upon sales data within an assigned geography.
- Strong and persuasive business communication skills with physicians and providers.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound business judgment.
- Familiarity with Sales Force Automation (SFA) applications is preferred.
- Proficiency in business software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Pay
If this job posting includes a base salary range, it represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position in the U.S. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location to account for comparative cost of living. This role is eligible for hire in select U.S. locations based on business and operational considerations.
