Specialty Pharmaceutical Representative - Women's Health - Nashville Territory

About the role
The EVERSANA/Millicent Pharma Specialty Pharmaceutical Representative will be responsible for selling Intrarosa, Femring, and Femlyv to OB/GYNs throughout an assigned geographic territory. You will engage healthcare professionals, office staff, and decision-makers in face-to-face discussions to promote assigned products, maximize selling potential, and meet or exceed all goals and objectives. The role requires a high level of product, customer, and territory knowledge, along with the ability to develop and maintain relationships by educating providers about product features, benefits, safety profile, and approved indications.
Responsibilities
- Promote Intrarosa, Femring, and Femlyv to OB/GYNs in an assigned geographic territory.
- Engage healthcare professionals, office staff, and decision-makers through face-to-face discussions.
- Educate providers on product features, benefits, safety profile, and approved indications to ensure appropriate patient use.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers.
- Analyze and act upon sales data within the assigned geography.
- Work independently, exercising good business judgment and discretion to address territory opportunities.
- Travel approximately 30% within a 2-hour radius of the headquarters city, including occasional overnight travel.
Requirements
- BA/BS (or higher) from an accredited college or university; focus in business, life science, or clinical degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous pharmaceutical, medical device, or medical sales experience, OR outside/field B2B sales experience, OR previous experience as a Labor & Delivery Nurse or other clinical professional with current relationships with OB/GYNs in the assigned territory.
- Consistent track record of quantifiable and documented sales accomplishments is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, analyze, and act upon sales data within an assigned geography.
- Strong and persuasive business communication skills with physicians and providers.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound business judgment.
- Familiarity with Sales Force Automation (SFA) applications is preferred.
- Proficiency in business software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Pay
If this job posting includes a base salary range, it represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position within the U.S. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location to account for comparative cost of living. This role is eligible for hire in select U.S. locations based on business and operational considerations.
