Specialty LPN - Full Time, Days

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care using the nursing process under the supervision or direction of a licensed or registered nurse.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across departments
• Maintain accountability for quality care
• Utilize nursing skills to support patient needs
• Deliver safe, compassionate patient care
• Ensure proper coordination with healthcare teams
• Adhere to licensure and certification requirements

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
• Current LPN licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform patient assistance tasks

Experience is welcome but not required. Additional certifications like IV certification may be preferred.
