Specialty LPN - Full Time, Days

Position Overview

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or direction of a licensed or registered nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care in collaboration with other departments.
• Maintain professional accountability for assigned patients.
• Utilize clinical skills to deliver safe and effective care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience.
• Current LPN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, PEARS, or S.T.A.B.L.E. may be required based on department.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• IV certification within one year of hire.
• Experience in a clinical setting is advantageous.
