Specialty-LPN - Full-Time, Days

About the role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or with RN guidance, ensuring professional accountability and coordinating care with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Administers patient care in clinical settings
• Maintains licensure
• May perform unit-specific certifications
• Supports patient safety and comfort through physical duties such as lifting, bending, and prolonged standing

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience
• Current LPN licensure
• BLS certification
• Experience as an LPN is welcomed
• Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, PEARS, or IV certification may be required or preferred

Skills & Physical Demands

• Ability to push, pull, lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, and squat
• Physical stamina to support patient care needs throughout shifts
