About the role

Join our healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care under the supervision of a licensed provider or registered nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care

• Coordinate care with other departments

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or comparable education and licensure
• Current LPN license in the state of practice, with compliance to State Board of Nursing requirements
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or within 30 days of hire
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform patient care tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• IV certification within one year of hire
• Unit-specific certifications as required
