This position supports students with autism in the HENDERSON program at CCSD. The role involves assisting with daily activities and providing behavioral support to enhance the learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Support students with autism in various classroom settings
• Implement behavior management strategies as directed
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Document student progress and communicate with parents and teachers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals with special needs is preferred
• Valid Colorado driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

• Ability to maintain confidentiality
