Responsibilities

• Support students with individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Implement evidence-based interventions and strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to develop and implement support plans
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
• Current teaching license or certification
• Experience working with students with autism spectrum disorder
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and positive reinforcement

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for supporting students with unique needs

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage student data and progress reports
• Understanding of Universal Design for Learning principles
