Responsibilities

• Process mapping using BPMN 2.0
• Identify areas of waste and concentration, and make optimization recommendations
• Analyze, revise, or optimize organizational processes
• Lead large-scale organizational transformation projects
• Develop operational models and governance frameworks
• Apply process mapping and modeling methods (BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent)
• Demonstrate excellent writing and synthesis skills

Requirements

• University degree (bachelor’s) in one of the following fields: information technology, computer science, administration, management, business analysis, communications, engineering, industrial relations, mathematics, or pure and applied sciences
• Six (6) years of experience in continuous improvement, acquired within the last ten (10) years
• Hold at least one of the following certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Silver
• Experience in IT processes (minimum 6 years)
• Experience in a governmental or parapublic context
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, information security, or information risk management (an asset)
