About the role

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist (Green Belt) to join our team. This role involves optimizing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and driving organizational transformation in both government and private-sector contexts.

Responsibilities

• Map and model processes using BPMN 2.0.
• Identify waste and areas of concentration, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Analyze, revise, and optimize organizational processes.
• Lead large-scale organizational transformation projects.
• Develop operational models and governance frameworks.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate in government or parapublic contexts (a significant asset).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: information technology, computer science, administration, management, business analysis, communications, engineering, industrial relations, mathematics, or pure and applied sciences.
• Six (6) years of experience in continuous improvement, acquired within the last ten (10) years.
• At least one of the following certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt.
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing, revising, or optimizing organizational processes.
• Experience in large-scale organizational transformation projects.
• Proficiency in process mapping and modeling methods (BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent).
• Excellent writing and synthesis skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT processes.
• Experience in a government or parapublic context (a major asset).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, information security, or information risk management (an asset).
