Responsibilities

• Performing technical and leadership roles to complete Six Sigma projects on time, achieving measurable bottom-line results, and ensuring process owners have the tools and guidance to sustain improvements post-project completion.
• Understanding current processes and identifying value-improvement initiatives.
• Executing strategic profit improvement efforts.
• Selling ideas and delivering important status presentations to all levels of the organization.
• Leading and working effectively in diverse teams.
• Training, coaching, and mentoring Green Belts and team members on the successful application of Six Sigma methodology.
• Acting as the liaison between Corporate and field locations.
• Performing additional responsibilities as needed.

Skills/Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• Greenbelt certification or equivalent.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• 2+ years' experience with Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies, leading change and/or team leadership.
