Responsibilities
- Performing technical and leadership roles to complete Six Sigma projects on time, achieving measurable bottom-line results, and ensuring process owners have the tools and guidance to sustain improvements post-project completion.
- Understanding current processes and identifying value-improvement initiatives.
- Executing strategic profit improvement efforts.
- Selling ideas and delivering important status presentations to all levels of the organization.
- Leading and working effectively in diverse teams.
- Training, coaching, and mentoring Green Belts and team members on the successful application of Six Sigma methodology.
- Acting as the liaison between Corporate and field locations.
- Performing additional responsibilities as needed.
Skills/Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
- Greenbelt certification or equivalent.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- 2+ years' experience with Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies, leading change and/or team leadership.
