Specialist - Program & Project Management

About the role

We are looking for professionals with experience in PMO, Project Coordination, Testing Coordination, or Project Management roles. This position involves exposure to large-scale transformation, cloud migration, or finance technology programs, and requires working with cross-functional teams in a banking or financial services environment. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Monitor testing progress and track milestones.
• Manage, track, and escalate issues, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and status updates.
• Support governance forums, reporting, and project controls.
• Maintain project documentation, action trackers, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of testing objectives.

Pay

The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job level, and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Depending on the position, other forms of compensation may be provided, such as an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive pay, or other forms of bonus or variable compensation.
