Campaign Management

Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth. Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across key channels including Paid Social, Search, Display, and emerging platforms, ensuring fluid optimizations (ie: bids, budgets, targeting, and creative) are executed to maximize ROI and efficiency. Optimize the path to conversion, with a deep understanding of retargeting, browse/cart/checkout abandonments, and lower-funnel audience strategy. Manage agency partners to ensure strategic recommendations and tactical execution are delivered with excellence, while staying focused on downstream goals. Own and manage paid media performance marketing budgets, being comfortable performing forecasting and bottom-up exercises to plan investment strategy for revenue goals. Conduct A/B testing to ensure test and learn mindset across creative, messaging, audiences, and landing pages; work with the web team to drive landing page testing and optimization as well as feed optimizations.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

Track and analyze results, including CAC, ROAS, CVR, AOV, LTV, and revenue contribution. Develop clear reporting narratives that answer the “why” behind results with clear, actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Creative, Brand, eCommerce, and Product Marketing teams to develop a high-performing campaign asset matrix. Work with analytics teams to ensure accurate attribution, tracking, and measurement, as well as incrementality testing and analysis. Collaborate with CRM and lifecycle marketing teams to align acquisition strategies with retention initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or paid media, preferably in beauty, fashion, or consumer verticals.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing large-scale performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and other acquisition channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Measured, Sessioncam, or similar).
  • Experience with debugging pixel/event tracking and catalog feed health management.
  • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and performance creative strategy.
  • Knowledge of attribution models and marketing measurement.
  • Experience managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing budgets.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in eCommerce and direct-to-consumer environments preferred.
