Specialist Off Field Operations

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and create a world-class athlete experience.
• Provides clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Anticipates the needs of the athlete; actively drives sales through product and services recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members (as subject matter expert of their area of the store).
• Focuses on best practices, expectational selling skills, and key operational processes.
• Serves as a go-to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity.
• Demonstrates efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset.
• Ensures products are ready for athletes to purchase and athletes are engaged when, where, and how they want.
• Promotes and drives customer participation in company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.).
• Creates a store environment where everyone, both teammates and athletes, are always welcome and treated with respect.
• Adheres to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures, as well as to laws/guidelines of external governing entities.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred
