Operations Specialist
Manage the complete sales and purchasing lifecycle, including customer proposals, purchase orders, billing, and vendor invoice validation.
Review, process, and track customer purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, vendors, and project stakeholders to support smooth operational processes.
Maintain and update project structures, budgets, and administrative records within internal systems.
Support project administration by collaborating closely with project management teams throughout project delivery.
Cookordination activities between global and local teams to ensure operational alignment.
Provide administrative support across multiple business functions, including operations, marketing, and human resources.
Contribute to process efficiency while delivering a high standard of customer and vendor service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; studies in Business, Economics, or Law are considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in sales operations supporting multinational customers.
- Background in business administration within an international or global organization.
- Fully remote work opportunity based in the United States.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills are considered a plus.
- Availability to work flexibly during U.S. business hours.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
