Position Overview Provide administrative, operational and project management support for our online membership programs and provide excellent customer service for our members. Requirements KEY RESPONSIBLITIES (ESSENTIAL DUTIES) Provide level 1 customer support for our online membership programs Handle login requests, assign learning, assist with annual compliance training, basic navigation of our websitesResponsible for support inquiries via phone, ticketing system, and/or emailHandle and resolve tickets in a timely mannerAnswer incoming phone calls for our membership programsProcess incoming orders for new memberships, renewals, and add-on servicesCreate and update accounts as necessaryProcess payments received from our accounting department Update daily, weekly, and monthly reports Conduct online product demos for prospects and existing customers Make mystery shopping calls to various aesthetic medicine organizations as neededAssist with Learning Management System (LMS) related tasks Assist with quality assurance on content created for our productsSend renewal notices and respond to renewal inquiriesReach out via phone/email to upcoming expirations Project management tasks for upcoming platform migration Qualifications College Degree preferred or working equivalence4 years’ experience in operational or administrative roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to maintain discipline and independence as remote employee Strong Project Management skills, with ability to maintain high-volume of projects and tasks simultaneouslyExcellent technical skills and working knowledge of CMS, CRM, LMS, eCommerce, and other web-based toolsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong Customer/Client SupportAttention to Detail Travel Minimal – possible travel for team meetings 1 – 2 times per year.
