About the role

The role involves managing and enhancing the Services provided by NEOGOV. Responsibilities include providing support services, answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining security.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support services, answer requests, comments, and questions, troubleshoot, and diagnose problems with the Services.
  • Verify identities, respond to legal requests, enforce legal agreements, prevent fraud or illegal activities, and screen for undesirable or abusive activity.
  • Make improvements, enhancements, or modifications to the Services based on feedback and usage data.
  • Manage and track preferences for communications received from NEOGOV.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in using digital platforms and software tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and project management tools.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
