About the role
The role involves managing and enhancing the Services provided by NEOGOV. Responsibilities include providing support services, answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining security.
Responsibilities
- Provide support services, answer requests, comments, and questions, troubleshoot, and diagnose problems with the Services.
- Verify identities, respond to legal requests, enforce legal agreements, prevent fraud or illegal activities, and screen for undesirable or abusive activity.
- Make improvements, enhancements, or modifications to the Services based on feedback and usage data.
- Manage and track preferences for communications received from NEOGOV.
Requirements
- Proficiency in using digital platforms and software tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service or a related field.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and project management tools.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually.
