Special Procedures Technologist

Job Summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Radiology Tech (Rad Tech) in the Medical Imaging Interventional Radiology space. The position involves working 4x10-hour shifts Monday through Friday, with call nights 1-2 times per week and weekends 2-3 times per month, depending on staffing. The shift starts at 0700/0800 and the start date is May 11th. There may be an opportunity to float to South Campus based on staffing needs. Two years of minimum interventional radiology (IR) experience is required, with previous travel experience being preferred. The facility is a Level I Trauma center, and the experience should be commensurate and include neuro/stroke.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of a physician
• Assist with interventional procedures as directed by a physician
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of interventional radiology (IR) experience
• Experience with neuro/stroke procedures preferred
• Previous travel experience in a similar role is preferred

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (R.T.)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Pay
