Spec Risk Management Risk Management| Day | Full Time

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the facilitation of surveys by regulatory and accrediting bodies
• Monitoring of action plans to achieve and maintain compliance with standards and regulations
• Occurrence investigation
• Aiding in the root cause analysis process
• Maintenance of the occurrence reporting system, along with databases supporting the system

Qualifications

• Required Education: Bachelor's degree
• PREFERRED Education: Master's Degree in related field
• Necessary Skills: Working knowledge of MS Office, willingness to learn additional software, ability to work independently, excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer service skills
• Required Licensure/Certifications: Patient Safety and/or Risk Management professional certification within three years of hire or transfer
• Required Experience: 3 years experience within a healthcare environment
• PREFERRED Experience: Previous regulatory, risk management or quality management experience
