Risk Manager - Full Time

About the Role

The Risk Manager coordinates and implements risk management programs across healthcare facilities, serving as the designated Patient/Resident Safety Officer.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk identification, analysis, and reduction efforts.
• Investigate incidents and conduct audits and compliance reviews.
• Develop strategies to minimize adverse events.
• Provide risk management education to staff.
• Support regulatory reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Active Florida RN or LPN license.
• Minimum two years of healthcare risk management experience.
• Risk Management Certification.
• Ability to travel between facilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Skills
