Full-Time Risk Management Manager

We are seeking a Manager of Risk Management to join our leadership team and support our hospital’s Patient Safety-Risk Management Program. Key Responsibilities Include Assisting the Director of Risk Management in leading patient safety initiativesOverseeing risk management processes to enhance patient safety and complianceImplementing performance improvement and safety standardsPromoting a collaborative practice environment Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field1-3 years of clinical or risk management experience, with acute care preferredKnowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, such as Joint Commission and MedicareProficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital software systemsCertification as a Healthcare Risk Management Professional (preferred) Skills: Strong knowledge of safety and compliance standards, excellent communication, and analytical abilities, with an emphasis on patient-centered service.
