Full-Time Risk Management Manager

We are seeking a Manager of Risk Management to join our leadership team, focusing on patient safety and risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities Assist the Director in leading the hospital’s Patient Safety and Risk Management programs.Contribute to fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and quality improvement.Support the development and implementation of safety protocols and risk mitigation strategies.Participate in incident investigation, documentation, and reporting.Collaborate with hospital departments to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.Maintain knowledge of healthcare regulations, Joint Commission standards, and accreditation requirements. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution.One to three years of clinical or risk management experience; acute care experience preferred.Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital software systems.Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient safety standards.Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
