About the role
The Clinical Risk Manager oversees patient safety and risk management initiatives within a healthcare organization. Responsibilities include managing liability claims, coordinating with legal and insurance teams, and participating in peer review processes. The manager fosters continuous improvement in patient safety and risk reduction through evidence-based practices and system-wide collaboration.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or Nursing.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in risk management or clinical leadership.
- On-call responsibilities and occasional travel to other organizational locations.
