Full-Time - Clinical Risk and Patient Safety Manager

Job Summary Seeking a Risk Management and Patient Safety Leader to oversee safety programs across designated healthcare facilities. Responsible for enhancing quality, safety, and compliance by managing safety event evaluation, reporting, and remediation. Acts as the Patient Safety Officer, ensuring adherence to regulations, investigating sentinel events, and collaborating with legal and risk departments. Provides employee supervision, supports department operations, and contributes to program development. Requires a Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred), a valid RN license , with at least five years of clinical experience and one year of leadership experience preferred. Knowledge of quality improvement, patient safety practices, event reporting systems, and performance metrics is advantageous. Skills in investigation, root cause analysis, and team collaboration are essential.
