About the role

The Clinical Risk Manager (CRM) is responsible for overseeing risk identification, assessment, and mitigation across the organization to enhance patient safety and quality of care. They administer the risk management program, analyze data, conduct proactive assessments, and deliver training to promote a culture of safety.

Responsibilities

• Review incident reports and participate in root cause analyses
• Manage insurance claims
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with various departments and provide risk management guidance
• Present findings to leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience in risk management, clinical, or legal fields
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Licensure as an RN or allied health professional
• Certification in risk management (preferred)
