About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Spanish Speaking Medical Billing Customer Service representative to join our team in OakBrook Terrace.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking patients regarding medical billing inquiries.
Assist patients with billing questions, insurance claims, and payment processing.
Review and process medical billing statements accurately and timely.
Communicate with insurance companies and healthcare providers to resolve billing issues.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and billing transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth billing operations and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Experience in medical billing and customer service roles.
Strong knowledge of medical billing procedures, insurance claims, and healthcare terminology.
Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficient in using billing software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
