  • Provide top-notch customer service while answering basic questions about VA loans.
  • Juggle tasks like sending emails or instant messages to help quickly resolve issues.
  • Handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism, ensuring borrowers feel heard and supported.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Basic understanding of the loan process or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Excellent phone skills and strong communication abilities.
