About the role

In this position, you will provide sales and support for one of our top Sales Representatives. We are looking for someone who is fluent in Spanish and English with effective and energetic phone skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail combined with a genuine desire to help others and create an exceptional customer experience. No prior Sales experience is required and we will support you in obtaining all relevant & necessary product knowledge.

Qualifications Needed

  • Two years post-secondary education or equivalent experience in customer service
  • Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in customer service or business demonstrating the ability to communicate professionally with a variety of people, as well as, work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to work with multiple computer and phone applications while demonstrating speed, accuracy, and high attention to detail
