Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
• Answer inquiries and resolve issues
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Communicate with customers through various channels regarding shipping, invoicing, and back orders
• Build sustainable relationships with customers and co-workers
• Run and manage daily and weekly reports
• Assist other CSRs with order entry, phone calls, and reports

• Self-motivated and functions well independently as well as within a team
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Microsoft Office experience
• Track record of high performance in a fast-paced environment
• Proven customer service experience
• Proficient with Microsoft office products
• Inbound and outbound call experience
• Infor experience preferred
