Spanish Bilingual - Medical Receptionist

About the role

A Spanish Bilingual Medical Receptionist is needed for Aveanna Healthcare's outpatient clinic in Garland, Texas. The role involves providing excellent customer service, managing office administrative tasks, and supporting the Aveanna mission and core values.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and schedule appointments
• Process insurance claims and manage patient records
• Provide administrative support to the therapy team
• Ensure smooth operations and maintain a professional demeanor

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• College Degree a PLUS
• Proficient in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, proficient in Word and Excel
• Payroll and/or human resources experience preferred
• Team player, organization skillset, and ability to multitask

Pay

$14/Hr - $15/Hr, plus monthly incentive

Monday – Friday, 10 AM - 7 PM
