Responsibilities

• Assure the highest quality guest experience by promoting the Purpose and Values Model throughout all areas of responsibility.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints and concerns.
• Build repeat customer business and loyalty through direct guest interaction, soliciting feedback, and troubleshooting customer complaints.
• Monitor the condition of the spa.
