About the role

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is looking for a motivated, sales-minded Spa Manager to lead our Stamford location. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, building lasting client relationships, and turning ambitious goals into measurable results. You'll oversee the daily operation of the spa while creating a positive, high-performing environment for our team of wellness professionals.

What You'll Own

• Membership growth: Coach the front-desk team to confidently educate clients about our Lifestyle Membership Program and convert exceptional visits into lasting relationships.
• Revenue performance: Increase revenue through effective scheduling, local marketing, service upgrades, retail sales, and strong team execution.
• Team development: Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain talented spa professionals who are passionate about wellness and client care.
• Spa operations: Maintain smooth daily operations, monitor key performance metrics, and ensure the spa consistently meets brand and service standards.
• Client experience: Build a welcoming environment where every client feels valued, cared for, and excited to return.

What We're Looking For

• Two or more years of management experience in the spa, salon, retail, fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry
• A proven ability to coach a team and achieve sales or membership goals
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• An organized, accountable, and results-oriented approach
• Genuine enthusiasm for massage, skincare, wellness, and outstanding customer service
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and one weekend day
