Spa Concierge

About the role

The Woodhouse Spa is seeking a full-time spa concierge who enjoys customer service and working on a team. The ideal candidate will provide personal attention, educate guests on the Woodhouse experience, answer phones with a smile, serve as a brand ambassador, remember guest details, and assist leadership when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal attention from the moment the guest arrives
• Introduces guests to the Woodhouse experience, including the locker room and amenities
• Answers phones with a smile each time
• Maintains a clean, welcoming environment with appropriate lighting, music, and scent
• Remembers guest details such as names, favorite drinks, and special occasions
• Serves as backup for leadership when needed
• Available to work weekends

Requirements

Must be available to work weekends. No prior spa experience required, but a passion for customer service and a desire to learn are essential.

Qualifications

Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and working in a team environment. Must be friendly, reliable, and able to multitask. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, and a positive attitude are crucial. Previous spa experience is not necessary, but a strong interest in the industry is highly valued.
