Spa Concierge

About the role

The Spa Concierge position at Madeline Hotel & Residences, Auberge Collection is a full-time, year-round, non-exempt role located in Telluride, Colorado. The targeted compensation rate is $18.00/hr + 15% retail commission.

Responsibilities

• Create Spa experiences for guests, providing recommendations for services, experiences, and wellness activities.
• Communicate professionally and effectively in multiple languages, if applicable.
• Understand and communicate product lines and promotions to guests.
• Manage daily spa service reservations and distribute workload among therapists.
• Ensure therapists are aware of guest medical consultations and special needs.
• Communicate guest feedback to management and ensure prompt follow-up.
• Avoid treatment areas and rooms, keeping them clean and tidy.
• Perform administrative tasks and reports as required.
• Assist other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience, preferably in a high-level Spa or luxury hotel setting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
