Spa Concierge

About the role

The Woodhouse Spa - Vintage Park, America's Premier Day Spa, is seeking an experienced Spa Concierge to join our Spa Concierge team.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary support for the spas manager, therapists and guests
• Must have 2 years or more of sales experience. Prefer in-spa setting experience
• Ensures every guest has a friendly, inviting and memorable experience
• Answers incoming calls, listens to guests needs to schedule appointments or give service recommendations, and collects payment for services
• Promotes the recommended products by scheduling guests' next appointment during checkout and educating guests on the Woodhouse experience
• Remembers guests' favorite drinks, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries, and pamper them
• Drives service and retail sales/awareness by educating guests on products, services and treatments
• Must have strong computer skills and previous experience with scheduling software
• Must be able to perform light cleaning duties, laundry duties and lift up to 45 lbs
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be willing to work shifts Monday through Saturday and able to be flexible with your schedule
• Must have reliable transportation
