Spa Concierge

About the role

The Woodhouse Day Spa is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Spa Concierge team members to join our award-winning spa. This position requires travel to both our Hoboken and Montclair locations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality
• Provide personalized attention from arrival through departure
• Educate guests about The Woodhouse experience, amenities, services, and spa offerings
• Guide guests through the spa and ensure a seamless and relaxing visit
• Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and assist with guest inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting spa environment
• Anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences through thoughtful attention to detail
• Serve as a brand ambassador by upholding The Woodhouse standards of excellence
• Support daily spa operations and assist leadership in ensuring smooth business flow

Requirements

• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous hospitality, spa, salon, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role preferred

Pay

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus for team members working 36+ hours per week
