More Specifically, Our Fabulous Spa Concierge:
- Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience, while assisting on their scheduling of the perfect treatments - customized to their needs
- Answers the phone with a smile each and every time
- Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks though the door
- Introduces the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, a tour of our changing lounge and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience
- Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special--the guest’s favorite drink, the warm inviting neck wrap, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries
- Is the brand ambassador, making sure the guest enters a clean, safe place with just the right lighting, music and scent to ensure that memorable experience
- Remains educated on all products offered by our spa. A strong sales position to ensure products at the recommendation of the Spa Professionals have been explained and followed up with the closing of the sale
- Inviting the guests to re-schedule their reservations for their next visit with us to ensure they are aiding in building the retention of the business
- Serves as back up for the leadership team, when they are busy taking care of the “big stuff”, you always make sure things are running smoothly
