Spa Concierge

About the role

We are hiring for Full Time and Part Time Spa Concierge positions at The Woodhouse Day Spas. As America's best day spa in 2019 by American Spa Magazine, we value our team members and strive for excellence with every guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
• Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience
• Answers the phone with a smile each and every time
• Is the brand ambassador, making sure the guest enters a clean, safe place with just the right lighting, music and scent to ensure that memorable experience
• Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special—such as the guest’s favorite drink, the warm inviting neck wrap, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries
• Serves as backup for the leadership team, ensuring things are running smoothly when they are busy taking care of “big stuff”

Requirements

Passion-filled, enthusiastic individuals driven by intention and guided by excellence are sought. No prior spa experience is necessary as we offer comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude and customer service orientation
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
