Spa Concierge

What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

• Answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments
• Welcomeing guests to the Spa and checking them in
• Touring guests through the Spa and sharing information about our amenities
• Completing the guest check out transaction once their treatment is complete

What are we looking for?

• A candidate with or the ability to obtain a CPR and First Aide certification
• An outgoing personality
• The willingness to learn
• The ability to multi-task
• A strong attention to detail
• The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to frequent bend, push/pull, and lift/carry of up to 30 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• A flexible schedule that allows them to work weekends and holidays
