Responsibilities: Counsel public-sector clients on education, employment, and governance mattersHandle administrative proceedings, mediations, hearings, and related litigationAdvise on student, personnel, compliance, and risk-management issuesDraft and review policies, agreements, and other legal documentsConduct legal research and provide practical client guidanceDevelop client relationships and support business development effortsQualifications: J.D. and New Jersey bar admission5+ years of experience representing public entities, educational institutions, or similar clientsFamiliarity with federal and state laws governing special education, accommodations, student rights, and public-sector employmentExperience handling counseling, administrative, and/or litigation mattersExcellent writing, advocacy, and client-management skillsAbility to thrive in a collaborative, client-focused environmentInterest in business development and long-term practice growth If you meet this criteria, apply with confidence today.
