Responsibilities
- Advise public school districts on legal matters
- Handle sophisticated special education cases
- Work directly with school leaders on community-impact issues
- Manage due process hearings and related counseling work
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of school law experience
- Strong background in special education matters, IDEA, and Section 504
- Public-sector labor and employment experience is a plus
