Responsibilities
- Provide legal defense in special education cases
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
- Prepare and present cases in administrative hearings and court
- Collaborate with team members across practice groups
- Adhere to a billable hour requirement of 1800 hours annually
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant legal experience
- Experience in defense, with a willingness to consider plaintiff work on a case-by-case basis
- Strong connection to the cause of special education law
- Graduation from an accredited law school
- Bar admission in multiple states, including California, is a significant advantage
- Experience in big law environments is preferred

Salary Range: $160,000 - $195,000 / Year DOE
